This month, we served 55 unhoused individuals and neighbors from low‑income communities at our CBU distribution event. While the number we reached was lower than expected, we experienced one of those good problems—our combined ministry had nearly as many volunteers as the number of people we were hoping to serve.
We were also blessed to have volunteers from the young adult ministry at Ignite Church serve alongside us. It was truly encouraging to see young adults step up to serve and pray for our unhoused community.
