Care Bags for the Unhoused (CBU)
CBU is our ministry that serves unhoused individuals and low-income families.
- 29 Christmas gifts for children we serve at CBU
- 12 new pairs of shoes for those in need
- 598 free VIA bus rides provided
- 894 care bags distributed
Seeds of Hope
Seeds of Hope provides resources and opportunities to children in low-income families and to those who faithfully serve them.
- Young Ladies Organization (YLO) Fall 2024:
- 24+ student-created roses and Valentine cards delivered to seniors in a local nursing home
- 11 YLO students trained in proper dinner etiquette
- 11 YLO students enjoyed a luncheon at the Cheesecake Factory
- 5 YLO Officers received engraved sterling silver necklaces
- 6 YLO members received “Be the Change You Want to See” bracelets
- YLO Fall 2025:
- 12 roses given to the YLO Inductees
- 12 copies of “It’s Good For A Girl to Know Who She Is” gifted to YLO students
- 40+ teachers treated to hot cocoa and cookies
- 25 Christmas Toys donated to students at Adams Hill Elementary School
